I am looking for a job in child care
I have not worked for several years now as I was a carer for my elderly mother in law who sadly died in her 90s
Since then I have been helping care for my young granddaughter who is special needs and I have given all my time to helping look after her so my daughter a school teacher has been able to continue working
My granddaughter is now much improved and goes to nursery now and school next year
Which now enables me to look for work
I feel I would able to work with and enjoy being with the under fives although it is demanding
I am fit and active and exercise and go to the gym 3-4 days a week so I encourage healthy nutrition and exercise and would hope to find an employer who would like this as part of their child's daily care
I'm kind loving and empathetic and believe that warm loving secure nurturing care brings out the best in all children
I would hope to take any child to play gyms and groups to interact with other children and I would make sure lots of play and fun times to keep your child happy
