My name is Rita, I'm currently 19, and I adore working with children, it's a job I fit well into, I have always had a nurturing personality, I am the eldest of 4 siblings and I have been changing nappies since I was 10!
I am looking to develop my skills as a childcare provider, get experience with children of all ages, of all backgrounds, and hopefully branch out into education in the future.
I have worked in nurseries, leading activities, planning lessons, tracking my key children's progress and planning what to work on next. I have a good knowledge of the EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies.
