Shelbie, auxiliaire parentale à Beaconsfield

Hello. My name is Shelbie, I am 25 years old and grew up in Montreal, QC. I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am interested in helping out families as I am currently working towards a graduate school program in behavioural therapy. Some of my hobbies include baking, arts and crafts, painting, sports such as: soccer, volleyball, swimming, kayaking and hiking.

I had the pleasure of spending a summer working with children in the recreation department at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George in New York. I thoroughly enjoyed my three months spending time and getting the chance to meet with numerous kids vacationing with their families. In addition to the Sagamore, I was also a Sunny Acres day camp counsellor where I was responsible for supervising ten to fifteen 3 to 4 year olds. Lastly, having grown up in a big family I would often babysit my younger cousins between the ages of 7 and 12 years old.

Needless to say, I love kids and would consider myself to be a responsible and outgoing nanny :)
