My name is Joanna I've extensive 16 years of experience! 8 years as a nanny for a senior doctor! Plus 8 years as an ofsted registered childminder! Then the last six month been working in a children's home! Experience with special needs! As my own son is autistic! Used to dealing with very challenging behaviours! I've got my own transport of which is a seven seater! I've got lots of training courses I've been on! My nvq level 3 diploma in children's and young people's work force!
