I have wanted to care for children since I was in middle school, everyone thought it was just a phase that I was going through at the time but that desire has stayed with me through my school years.
I prefer to look after under three's as I have a lot of experience working with children in this age range. I am a creative person so I can create educational games for the children to play related to their interests, I have also created physical activities that help to develop fine and gross motor skills. I am also cheerful and flexible if the children change their minds about doing something I can think on my feet and think of something else that they can do. I can also help the children with their homework as I have 11 GCSE's in various subjects. i have a DBS check as i have worked in primary schools before. i also have a safeguarding certificate and paediatric first aid, so if anything happens to your child i have the appropriate knowledge and experience to administer first aid to them.
