In my current role of Nursery Assistant with Little Stars Nursery my responsibilities include: To contribute a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the Nursery (aged 3 month – 5 years); to implement the daily routine in the base room; to contribute to a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in the room, in conjunction with other staff; to be flexible within working practices of the Nursery, to be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the Nursery, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleaning of equipment, etc.

I am patient caring and able to relate well to children. In addition my creative skills allow me to contribute ideas to lesson planning and the design of classroom projects. I have a thorough understanding of child development and know how to guide a child’s growth.
