Ellie, nourrice à Crediton

My Name is Ellie and I am currently a trained lifeguard and swimming teacher. I teach 3-8 year olds in the pool weekly. As of June 2017 I will be qualified as a Level 3 early years educator (Level 3 diploma in childcare and education). Through my job and college course I am DBS checked and have taken extra safeguarding training. I am hoping to pursue a career in caring for children as it is something I am very passionate about. My initial plan to babysit or nanny regularly between June and September 2017 and then go into employment in a pre school or nursery although these plans are not definite and would definitely consider nannying (although I do not wish to live-in) for many more years to come.

I have 2 years of experience in childcare professionally, from ages 4 months - 6 years. In the summer of 2016 i was employed on a casual basis with a family who just needed extra help. I thoroughly enjoyed this and was sad when the oldest and middle child went back to school and nursery. The mother of this family is happy to give anyone a reference.

For about a year and babysat regularly from 5pm - 12am on a Sunday and Monday. Me and the little girl had such a good bond and my relationship with the family was really strong.

I was recently blessed (December 2016) with a new little sister, and caring and spending time with her is my absolute favourite thing to do and all my family say that I am a natural with babies.
