Charlotte, auxiliaire parentale à Derby

Hello,
My name is Charlotte, I am 19 years old and I love working with children. I have achieved a level 3 in a childcare course at college whereby I did 3 days theory and 2 days work experience either in a school or a nursery, I did this for 2 years and pass my course with a B in July 2013. I currently work in a Nursery, starting there as a student for a year and then got taken on by the owner. I work with babies ages 6 months-3 years. But i have worked with ages up to 8 years. I am a fun and outgoing person with a love for new things.
I am very creative and love to help children develop and grow.
I have learnt a lot from working in different placements, giving me experiences with different ages and giving me more skills to make me a better person.
