Hello, My name is Rosie, I am 24 years old. I have worked in a Nursery in North Hykeham for 6 years (references available)

I have a brilliant knowledge of childcare, working predominantly with 2-4 year olds but regularly work with children younger and older.

I have a vast knowledge of activities, games and songs which will help your child to learn whilst having fun.

I'm a strong believer of messy play so there is a very high change your child may get covered in paint/mud/mess, but as long as they're having fun then that's all that matters.

I'm a very active person who enjoys going on walks and adventures, I don't own a TV and definitely believe children get the best experiences if they're out and about and having fun.

From my previous experience in child care I've managed to form great bonds with children and their parents which has been rewarding, in turn making me work harder to get the best out of the child.

Also, I am confident in my nappy changing abilities, having to often changes up to 10 nappies a day in the Nursery.
