I have been a registered childminder from 2002-2015, running a successful childcare setting from my home for children aged from 6 months to 4 years. In this time I was twice graded by Ofsted as an Outstanding provider of early years care, and completed qualifications in early years to degree level. I keep my skills and knowledge up-to-date by attending training courses and completing online training.

I am caring, friendly and easy-going – I find it easy to build successful relationships with children and their parents. I am able to contribute in smooth running of busy household. I am experienced in planning and delivering activities that engage and motivate children to learn and particularly interested in planning activities based on observations of children’s developmental schemas.
