I have a three years Degree in Social Education.

I deeply believe in children's capacities and promote autonomy. I like the Montessori approach, active learning and respectful communication. I understand the importance of outdoor play for children development and I encourage it.

I'm gentle parenting oriented, I don't use punishment nor rewards with children, I do prefer to dialogue with older children and have a prepared enviroment with the youngest ones (neuroscience nerd in this topic).

I have worked for years at home as a private teacher and for one year I did this job for a foundation, supporting children and teenagers in a district with social exclusion risk.

I co-founded a mothers support group in my hometown and it’s been active for almost 5 years now.

Here in Scotland, I'm a volunteer with Homestart Leith & North East Edinburgh and I've been a Play Worker during the past year.
