I have over sixteen years’ experience of working within a care sector role where I used my communication, effective listening and interpersonal skills on a daily basis. Within my role I was involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluating a range of internal and external activities for service users. I had to ensure equipment and materials were maintained and restocked in an economic and efficient manner.
