My name is Melissa , I am 20 years old and currently work full time as an Account Manager within a construction company, however my passion has always been to work with children. I completed a Health and Social Care diploma over 2 years, and passed with Distinction grade A*. During studying my diploma, I worked in various childcare environments including schools and nurseries. One of my favorite places I worked, was Darlington College Nursery, in which I worked with children from 6 months up to 6 years. I love children and helped bring my little sister up from birth, as well as bringing up my adoptive niece, minding her 2 days a week including most evenings. I have a natural ability to connect with children and love to help in any way possible. I love to engage in activities with children, always keeping them entertained a swell as doing all I can to help the family (cooking, cleaning, helping with chores etc).
