I am passionate about inspiring children and young people. Consequently, I am enthusiastic and able to contribute towards the development of children. My main training and experience has been Special Needs in a variety of School's, however I have experience with mainstream schools and children. Throughout my career I have successfully managed to support individuals, socially, emotionally and academically of all ages and abilities from 3-18.

I believe that patience, determination, sensitivity and responsibility are some of my key qualities. I have always built and maintained an excellent, positive working rapport with children, young people and their families.

I work in a flexible and supportive manner, while working hard to motivate, challenge and inspire children. I am also committed to providing positive encouragement in order to nurture self-esteem.
