Anna Jamila, auxiliaire parentale - LS6 Leeds

Hello!
My name is Jamila and I'm 21 years old. I moved from a small town near Düsseldorf, Germany to Yorkshire in 2014 and lived here ever since. I've been child minding from a young age, whether for family, friends or professionally.
I have mostly looked after children from the age of 3 to 9 , but have some experience with younger children. At request, I would teach the child German as well.

I consider myself a very social and cheerful person, I love doing activities with children, such as crafting, playing outside, singing and dancing, drawing and cooking or baking together. For me it has always been important to be a friend to the child I'm looking after, but also someone they learn from and they can turn to when something is up.
I'm looking for a full time job, taking and getting the child(ren) to and from school, light housework, helping with homework, cooking light meals. Ideally it would be Monday to Friday, but I'd obviously be willing to work the occasional evenings as babysitter.

I have always loved working with children and see them grow up. I found that it usually helped a lot, that I am still fairly young. That way it hasn't been too long since I was still a child myself and I understand a lot more, but I'm old enough to know better and that made it often to 'being an older sister' to children I looked after. Because of that, friends with teenagers still ask me to have talks with their children, when they can not find a way through and I can usually resolve whatever argument or issue lies in the family.
