Dinah, nourrice à domicile - NG15 Hucknall

I am 45 years old, married, with a 21 year old step-daughter. My husband and I have recently bought our first house after relocating to Nottingham. I am possibly looking for full time hours, but holiday work as well. My experience consists of positions in nurseries, play schemes, nanny, au pair, play groups, schools, after school clubs, babysitting and respite care. My qualities as a childcarer include my love of being around children, therefore having a very good rapport with all ages. I am fun-loving and have a good sense of humour. I am kind, caring and very patient. I am firm but fair, and like to think that I have a positive attitude at all times. I have good organisational skills, can use my own initiative and I am extremely creative and imaginative. I am used to having sole charge and also working alongside parents when they have worked from home. In previous nanny positions, the children had good circles of friends who used to get together to celebrate different occasions, such as picnics, birthdays etc. I have designed and made costumes for carnival floats and school plays, I have also planned and ran an NSPCC charity day for children.
