Dear Sir/Madam

I am seeking a new and exciting career in Childcare, I am 38 years old, live locally and currently working as a Production Operative in a busy factory making Hospital and Veterinary products, this position is due to end soon and I am seeking a new challenge.

Childcare is always something I have always been interested in, and having my own energetic and larger than life five year old son I like to think I would be suitable for this role.

I also like to think I get on really well with children and they get on well with me, I am out-going, friendly and have I believe i have that "knack" of knowing what a child wants, would like to do, and wouldn't like to do.
Although I have no formal qualifications I this is something I would like to work towards and hope to make this a full-time career in the future.
Having my own son, me and him do lots of activities and I encourage him to take up and get involved in lots of hobbies and sports, I believe that outdoors is best and fresh air and exercise is what a child needs to prosper, and of course if the weather is too bad then indoor activities is a must, I enjoy crafts, building things, story times and acting and lets-pretend.
