My name is Mollie and I have always had a love for working with children, and take great pleasure in watching them learn and grow in to confident and independent youngsters. I own my own car and hold a full valid driver’s license. I am reliable, motivated, enthusiastic and flexible; and enjoy working with children of any age. I believe that giving children a loving and supportive environment, coupled with empowering them to develop knowledge and life skills, will lead to them being able to excel in any challenge they are faced with. I recognise the importance of creativity and imagination and providing a safe and secure environment, which allows children to explore and develop, whilst having guidance from a passionate and caring childcare provider, who is able to meet the needs of the child, whilst undertaking their individual needs, whilst working with family to ensure that their child is cares for in a way they desire.
