Alexandra, garde d’enfant ponctuelle - AB24 Aberdeen

Hello!

I am Alexandra, a 4th year Anthropology student at the University of Aberdeen. I am 22, I come from Romania and I love children. I am inspired by them and I enjoy being around them. I speak Romanian, English, Hungarian and a bit of Italian and German as well! I am now learning French!

I am reliable, committed, conscientious and fun and I think that my greatest quality is my ability to communicate with children in a meaningful manner.

My mother, aunt and granny are all in the education sector, in primary school and teaching Psychology and Pedagogy. I have learnt from them how to deal with children and I made a passion out of it.
I have experience in mentoring, guidance and mediation. I am a mentor for first year students and I help them with any queries they have. I also volunteered to explain things to fellow colleagues in secondary school, when I helped them pass the final exams.

I am an artistic individual. I play several instruments, I sing and I enjoy folk music a lot. I also enjoy painting, reading, hiking, cooking and watching films!
I also play badminton, I cycle, swim, play team sports and I am passionate about the environment!
I am looking for a part-time job as a babysitter. I would like to work not more than 20 hours a week.
