Hi, I am a bright, friendly flexible person with a good sense of humour, who has an extensive background in children's settings. Including supporting children and their families in school and also at home. I am a mum of 3 children , college and university age. I am a good listener and can offer effective communication to children on all levels of understanding. I can also offer support , empathy and yet I can also enforce behavioural n boundaries where neded. I also strive to maintain and promote positive trusting relationships with children and their families . I have a wide commitment to child protection and safeguarding policies for children and at all times respecting family confidentiality. I am a car owner offering more flexibility to location. I currently support children and young people who currently reside within the looked after care system but who have contact with their birth parents and families.
