I'm Lauren Dyer and I am 18 years of age nearly 19 some people may feel that I am young but I feel that I have a lot of experience working with children. I am one of 8 children and am the second oldest. My siblings ages range from 22 years old to 6months old. I am also a qualified level 3 childcare practitioner. Whilst doing my national diploma the last 2 years I have been on 4 different placements which have been 3 different settings, I have been with a childminder, a nursery, and also two schools which I have gained very positive reports from! I am a kind, caring person and love being around children and working along side them. I also feel that I am very mature and also get told this on a regular basis. I love to see children happy and also having fun! And also know the importance of education and homework.
