My prevous job was as a Room Leader at a Montessori Day Nursery where i had started as a student working towards my NVQ.  My roles and responsibilities were to deliver high quality care and education for children in the nursery provision. To be able to plan,  observe and record children’s interests and developments,  ensuring children’s learning needs are met in appropriate and creative ways in accordance with EYFS. To ensure all legal requirements and standards aremet at all times in line with OFSTED Early Years Directorate. To followand maintain procedures for regular reviews and assessmeents of 
each child’s progress. Ensure that all health and hygiene 
requirements are adhered to at all times.
