Rebecca, garde d’enfant ponctuelle - SA5 Felindre

I have just finished college in a health and social care course level 2 with a double grade if distinction merit, within the course I got taught about challenging behaviour, life stages, creative and therapeutic activities, equality diversity and rights also dignity and individual care. I also spent 4 years within the army cadet force where I learnt level 2 first aid and passed the examination, my time with the cadets has also taught me that giving the respect will earn you respect, along with putting in the time and effort. I believe in treating young people along with everyone as individuals who all have individual care needs.
