Grace, garde d’enfant ponctuelle - WF1 Wakefield

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm 26 and have recently moved back to Wakefield from Birmingham where I was studying Early Childhood Education (BA Hons) for 3 years.

I am a very friendly and caring individual who loves working with children of all ages. I currently live with my partner in our own home and have my own vehicle. I have 2 kittens and love all animals so I will be happy to work at your home should you own any. I am available for babysitting, school runs, mothers help or nannying. My parents own a 5* bed and breakfast and I have worked with them as a housekeeper so I am willing and able to do any light cleaning and cooking that is necessary within your home should it be required.

I am available immediatly however I am now back in education. My timetable is Mondays and Wednesdays 9am - 4.30pm however, before/after those times and every other day I will be free to help and work with your family.

I am possess a recent DBS as I volunteer for a charity that supports people suffering from aphasia.

My most recent position was caring for a 22 month old and a 6 year old within their family home. The position required me to drop off and pick up from school, prepare meals, provide a general duty of care and do different activities with them ensuring they were safe and having fun!

I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and have done several placements whilst on my course working with children of all ages. As previously mentioned I was at university studying Early Childhood Education (BA Hon). I have a great knowledge about the value of play as well as the EYFS which can be applied whilst working for your family. I used to babysit relatives and family friends children throughout my teens/early adulthood, and have experience working with children of all age groups.

I possess a Level 3 Qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce which enables me to work with children from birth to 19 year

A Levels: Psychology, Photography and Financial Studies.

I also attained 9 GCSE's grades A-C including Maths and English.

I am available throughout the week and most weekends if notice is given. I have access to a car at all times so urgent care is available if neccessary.
