I'm 32 and living alone 16 years with my own independence, I have alot of life knowledge and understanding. I've babysit since I was 16 , a family with 2 boys for 12 years from the boys where in nursery until they didn't need babysat anymore. In between this I had other babysitting jobs for friends and family. I also have experience in elderly care for those with dementia and mentally challenging behaviours when I worked in a care home through covid and I loved it. Alot of training from the care home included cpr, manual handling, safe guarding, bed rotation, hoist using , salt training, deprivation of liberty, everything needed to know to care for someone vulnerable. I take alot of this knowledge into my babysitting and now feel comfortable to offer care for children with special needs. I have my NVQ level 2 in health and social care and C grade childcare in gsce . I have a recent police check from care home also and over 8 references of family's I've been part of for serval years.
