English-Speaking Babysitter Wanted (Paris 7e, St. Thomas-d’Aquin) — Possible Full-Time Nanny Role Starting September

We are a Romanian family who just moved to Paris after several years living between Bucharest and Amsterdam, and are looking for a kind, trustworthy babysitter to help care for our 11-month-old daughter, Luna, in the 7th arrondissement.

For now (late July–August):
– A few flexible hours per week to get to know each other :)
– Occasional help on weekends (Friday or Saturday evenings) would be a big plus! We haven’t had any couple time to explore Paris together in a while
– Casual, undeclared arrangement to start
– Pay: €13/hour

From September:
– Potential full-time role (30–40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for a few hours during the weekend - we can sort out together the right schedule, TBD)
– Declared CDI contract
– Starting salary: €13-€16 GROSS/hour - will be open for discussion for a fair pay depending on experience and involvement (help with small house chores, prepping baby meals, etc.)
– We will be open to reviewing the rate after the first few months, depending on how the role evolves and how things go
– Our daughter is breastfed and not used to sleeping without me yet, so we’re looking for someone calm, patient, and warm

My husband works from home, and I’ll be starting a fashion course at Istituto Marangoni in September. We’d love to find someone who’s genuinely caring and looking to build a long-term relationship with our family.

Must speak English.
Experience with babies around 1 year old is important. References from previous families are very appreciated, but not a must.
