I am a fully qualified registered childminder and insured with Nicma. I am inspected yearly to ensure i meet the Early Years requirements. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare Learning and Development.
I have all the relevant training as required under my registration, this includes; pediatric first aid, child protection and safeguarding, health and safety. I also have additional training which includes; moving and handling, challenging behaviour, fire safety, food hygiene among many others. A full list of my training is available on request.
I provide a home from home experience and encourage and nuture childrens individual development and creativity. I provide amply of play opportunities and experiences for both indoors and outdoors. I encourgae children to learn and develop at their own individual way and rate, every child is different and i encourage children to explore their surroundings and learn from everyday experiences. I nuture each childs potential and praise all achievements.
