Lowri, baby sitter - CF44 Aberaman

My name is Lowri , I am 17 years old . I am very polite and outgoing. I work hard and complete every task that I am given to do and I will complete this task to the best standard possible. I work well as part of a team and individually. I am very confident and I am able to speak fluent Welsh. I am a very patient person and I have a good sense of humor. I enjoy learning new skills and I adapt to new skills very quickly. I am look to care for children from any age.

Employment Experience
Oaklands primary: I applied at Oaklands Primary to complete my one week of work experience during school. During this period, I learnt many skills such as learning to laminate, photocopy and printing using an rifograph. During this period I helped the children with their work and I helped during Snack time and Lunch Time
Cylch Meithrin: Cylch Meithrin is a playgroup for children aged 2-4, during my time at the playgroup I did some educational session with the children by doing counting and reading with the children. I also played a lot of games with them by singing with them and taking them on bear hunts. I also helped the staff during Lunch time and Snack time.
The Laurels Care Home: I thoroughly enjoyed my work experience in The Laurels Care Home, during this period I spent time with the residents playing games and chatting to them, I also helped out in the kitchen by washing dishes and giving out the food at Lunch Time. I helped out with the cleaning, making the beds and putting the residents clothes away.

Education
I studed in Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun from 2011 to 2016, at my time there I undertook my GCSE’s, my GCSE results are:
Health and Social care level 2: Distinction, this is equivalent to an A.

Welsh language: C
Welsh Literate: C
Science: C
English Language: B
IT: C
I am currently in college studying Health and Social Care level 3, this course this equivalent to 4 A level.

Interests and hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the Kitchen making a different variety of food and desserts, I enjoy baking cakes and decorating them. I also enjoy working out during my free time, I go to the gym and swimming around 4 times a week.
