Cherith, garde d’enfant - GU22 Woking

I am a childrens and families worker in a church environment and have been for 5 years, in 4 different churches over all. The experience of working in a church is that I come across lots of different families with different needs and as a church we have to feel welcoming and communicate with the families well.
We have had children with special needs, children from new borns to right up to teenagers. I am used to looking after a lot of children
I lead 2 toddler groups and during that time the parents have trusted me to come and baby sit their children and if the parents come to toddler group and they have more than one child, if one of the children need the toilet or nappy changed I would be the one looking after the other child.

I am very good at organising activities such as craft for all ages and genders. I have had experience in looking after lots of different children with different needs and this is way I am doing the job I am today
