Hi , my name is Tina I am currently working in education but I am looking to do something different. I have looked after children since I was 13 years old and then went on to have seven children of my own who are all grown up now.

I have always built good relationships with children I think it is my sense of humour and the fact that I see children as individuals. My motto is to be fun , fair and friendly with an understanding that every child matters.

I believe that children need a balance in there life and interacting with there emotional well being is just as important as their learning. Play is also an important part of childhood and board games have been a big part of my children's life we played all games from snakes and ladders to chess games.

I believe that children should be children as long as they can. They. Need to be healthy, happy and safe. Childhood memories are the only thing you have and they need to be happy ones.
