As a child carer that has experience in working with children and their families in both their homes and a play setting, I have seen how daunting it can be for parents to temporarily hand over their child for somebody else to look after. Your children are the single most important thing to you, and of course you need to know that your child will be in the very best hands. I would like to take the opportunity to assure you that the safety and happiness of any child in my care is always my number one priority. Please know that I will do everything I can to ensure that your child is safe, happy, supported and respected.

I feel that honest communication between a child carer and their employer is absolutely vital to a successful working relationship, to maintain the best quality care for the child. I am always open to adapting my approach to suit the family I am working with, to keep up the stability and routine for the benefit of the child, so if you have certain routines with your child, i will be more than happy to support these. It is important that everybody is happy, so keeping an honest line of communication is something that I always practice in my work.

My approach to the care I offer is definitely not a 'one size fits all', I am looking for a family that I can work with instead of for. I am here to assist you in helping your child grow into a happy, healthy adult, and I am looking forward to building a bond with some lovely new little friends, helping them on their journey as they grow bigger.

I am currently only available between 8.30am and 2pm Monday-Friday due to work commitments, but there is definitely a possibility for flexibility on this for the right family.
I would ask for a two week trial period, to make sure that I am right for your family and your family is right for me.
