Hello, I'm Cat, a 20 year old enthusiastic Nursery apprentice at an outstanding Montessori Nursery. I began my apprenticeship in 2014 after many years of looking after my younger siblings And deciding this is the path I wanted to take.
I am CRB checked and hold a level 3 paediatric first aid qualification. I have also completed a range of educare certificates which support my experience and training.
Outside of my childcare experience I have an extensive creative background, which I find very full filling to share with children through a range of activities including painting, drawing, mark making, making play doh and various edible messy play.
I also enjoy baking with children, either on a one to one or group basis.
I practice group song activities as a way to promote social skills as well as language and communication skills, and all resources for such activities would be supplied.
I am available to babysit during evenings and weekends, excluding Wednesday evenings during term time.
