Mariyah, garde d’enfant à Gloucester

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently a 17 year old female studying at Pate's Grammar School. I live in Gloucester and I am one of four children with two younger brothers and an older sister. Furthermore I have a number of younger cousins, both in this country and in other countries whom I have looked after and played with during various times of the year.

I am looking to be a carer during the weekend, or simply part-time for older children as I feel my capabilities lie with older children. I am able to teach a number of different subjects, including mathematics and English, with A* in the two mathematics GCSE's I have done and A's in my English GCSE'S.

I am a friendly person and can communicate with all ages as shown through my work experience at Al-Ashraf Secondary School for Girls and also the help I've given and the group I've been part of at Friendship Cafe.

Being part of a big family has meant that board games, card games and video games are also a big part of my life. I have experience playing games such as UNO and Monopoly as well as educational challenges such as word search and sudoku.

As well as English, I am fluent in Gujarati as it is my mother tongue and I received an A at GCSE level Urdu.
