Hi,
I'm Gemma. I am a qualified level 3 childcare practitioner with experience of different ages. I have experience leading a small team at a day nursery school. I am confident in the EYFS and knowledge of children's milestones for their age.
I am looking for evening, weekend baby sitting work to coincide with working full time.
I am a caring, fun person who is passionate about working with children. I am self motivated and have excellent initiative.
I am able to plan activities effectively to adapt to individual needs, age and ability and can extend activities to further knowledge.

I have 4 1/2 years experience working as a Senior EY educator in a private day nursery school. I have gained a BTEC Level 3 Diploma at DDD* and completed 2 years work experience in a mixture of childcare settings whilst studying and working a part time job. I am qualified in Paediatric first aid.
