I am an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly individual searching for a part-time job in the field of childcare such as a searching for a childminder job. Currently, I am working in an early year setting. I have passed my Childcare level 3 at a City and Islington College. I am a dedicated, reliable and a consistent individual who has a keen interest in being creative. I have the ability to work effectively and efficiently while being reflective in a team as well as working independently using my own initiative. I possess impeccable communication skills and I am confident in learning new things as well as building my professional skills. I have a clear knowledge of the EYFS development and how to plan, observe and assess a child’s development. I also have a clear understanding of the legislation related to safeguarding, protection, and welfare of children in the setting. I acknowledge the legislation related to health and safety as well as equality diversity and inclusive practice. I am optimistic and positive about everything I take part in. I am constantly trying to gain new experiences and develop my Continuing Professional Development skill, which will support me while I am working with children.
