I am a loving mother to an almost 3 year old, who moved to Toronto from London Ontario for my husbands job. I get so much joy out of watching my son grow and change everyday and with the struggle of moving to a new city while not knowing anyone has led me to meet so many wonderful mothers and spend time with other children.

I have worked in Social Services as a Child and Youth Worker for the past 13 years, as an educational assistant, front line with young offenders and as case manager for children in foster care. I love what i do and I have a distinct passion for helping others. After having my son I decided that I would not be returning to my position. I stayed home with my son full time until he was 18 months when he started daycare and now Montessori.

I am looking for a 25-30 hours (daytime) a week as a mother's helper with infants and toddlers. I can anything from helping with childcare to errands, light cooking, light cleaning, laundry and I can offer emotional support and companionship.
