My name is Edie and I am from London. I am an enthusiastic and caring young woman looking for the perfect family to work for.
Earlier this year I returned from an eye opening volunteering project in rural Nepal which taught me a lot about the world. Working as a teacher for a few months compounded my passion for working with young children. I am empathetic and have a nurturing personality which I feel make me well suited to caring for children and understanding their needs. I am very organised with both cleanliness and planning but I am also adaptable to new scenarios and changing plans. I am always dedicated to whatever I am doing, and put all my effort and attention into it.
I am a keen traveller and like to experience all different cultures and jobs, so I have worked in a variety of sectors from a young age. I am intelligent, kind hearted and reliable. I enjoy outdoor activities like skiing and sailing, but also enjoy calm, relaxing hobbies like reading and visiting museums and other cultural buildings. I am constantly looking to learn new things and I encourage the children a care for to do the same, having new experiences, learning new skills and developing their minds.
I am hard working and completely flexible and adaptable to meet any requirements you need. I can offer a variety of references, both professional and personal so you know a bit more about me. I have experience both as a teacher and as a babysitter.
