Anaïs, cherche nounou à Jouy-en-josas

We are a family of 6, made of 2 adults and 4 kids (2 of them are with us part-time), and we live close to Paris in a nice area close to public transportation (RER, bus), shops, schools...
We are looking for an Au Pair or Nounou as we (the parents) both work a lot and we need some help with our kids, at the beginning and ends of the week days,
and every Wednesday.
We have 4 kids, but 3 to look after (as our older is old enough to take care of herself :-D)
We speak English at home, and a bit of Spanish.

Here is our family:
2 adults: Benjamin & Anaïs
4 kids:
Elena (13), going to Middle School and self-sufficient
Liam (8), going to school nearby (trip by car)
Malo (5), going to school 5 minutes walking from the house
Naëlle (15 months) goes to day care, 2 minutes walking from home
Elena & Liam are with us, only part-time (Thursdays and Fridays, and 2 week ends per month), they are both French-American and speak fluently English (American mum).

The job is to take care of the kids mostly at the end of the days.
Some days, it will only be Malo and the baby to pick us from school and from day care between 4.30 and 6.00pm.
And some days, there is Liam to pick up at another school (driving licence is mandatory, we have a car at your disposal).
Then, you will help to prepare dinner, to shower the kids and put them to bed.
One of the parent (or both) will be around to help out as well (especially if there are any sport activity planned for one of the kid).
Wednesdays will be full-days with the kids keeping with some of them (to be confirmed) in order to spend some time with them, drive them to their sport activities, go outside(see the horses, go for walks or to the park), have some quality time with them, watch over them during nap time...

We have a nice house, where the Au Pair will have an individual room and bathroom (shared with the kids).
We have wifi for the Internet, with no TV at home.
