Hi, my name is Lauren. I am 19 years old and really enjoy working with children and teenagers.
I have previous experience working with teens (though when they forget how to tie their shoes on residential it sometimes feels as though their younger) through working as a Mentor for NCS and a large family with lots of younger children that I often take care of.
I am fun-loving, enthusiastic, and not at all opposed to a little (or a lot of dirt! I am also good at coaxing children out of being reluctant to do things (homework, housework and the like), a layover from my sister's younger years.
I am available full time and would be happy to conduct several meetings with both you and the children before hiring, to ensure I am what you are looking for and that the children are comfortable with me.
