I am 36 years old and have grown up on a farm and mostly outdoors. I believe strongly in healthy eating and exercise for the whole family and I corporate this daily with my children. It can be fun not a chore. I have two children and have been a childminder for over 5 years. I recently stopped my ofsted registration as I believe the children are more important than paperwork.
