Kathrine, jeune fille au pair à Beckingham

I am a 23 year old teaching assistant. I have 2 years qualified experience as a TA working with 3-10 year old children. I have an extra unqualified year of experience for training. I have always enjoyed being around children and they seem to enjoy spending time with me. I have a big family and we have always been very close. Spending a lot of time with siblings/cousins growing up has given me plenty of ideas of the types of activities/games children enjoy. I also have a 17 month old nephew whom I adore and spend as much time as possible with. I am a caring, understanding, genuine and sensible person. I know how to have fun but I also realise when the fun has gone beyond the line and needs to be reigned in. I love animals, the outdoors, reading, running, socialising and horse riding.
I realise I do not have nanny/babysitting experience but I have spent many hours during the school days entertaining children with fun activities, nurturing them both socially and academically and cared for them as I would expect their families to.
I am still in full time work but if I find the right family I would consider full time positions as a nanny/babysitter. I am also looking for work out of school hours.
I am paediatric and adult first aid trained and have a DBS check.
