Dear Family,

My name is Jessica .
I am twenty three years old and my biggest passion is helping and caring for others. I was born and raised in Burlington Ontario where my parents gave me a lovely childhood and brought me up on Christian values. I am the eldest of three which is where my love of caring for others first began.
Besides my siblings, I have been caring for children (feeding, bathing, playing with, teaching, cleaning after etc.) and creating bonds with them since I was twelve years old; as a baby sitter and as an after school nanny and a full time nanny.
I have been a lifeguard/swim instructor for the city of Burlington and have taught swimming lessons to children for a number of years.
I have completed a combined major at McMaster University in Psychology (strongly focused on child psychology and development) and Sociology (with a strong focus on gerontology) with the hope of continuing doing what I love - working with children.
I plan to work full time and long term as the helper of mom, the maker of meals, the cleaner of spills, the tutor of homework, the lover of pets, the reader of stories, the player of games, the comber of hair, the keeper of peace, the wiper of tears, and the creator of smiles - the nanny of your family.
