Megan, nourrice à Smallfield RH6

My name is Megan and I am 23 year old British Nanny who has just returned from Sydney, where I worked as an au-pair for around 8/9 months.

In Sydney, I cared for 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6, which were bundles of fun! Previous to this, in Surrey, I was a Nanny for 1 year, for a 6 year old boy during my studies, taking him to and from school and caring for him in the holidays! In both jobs I was responsible for morning routines, including getting the kids ready for school, feeding them, making packed lunches and walking them to school.

In the evenings, I would make sure homework was done and then we were able to have fun at home, doing arts and crafts, go to the park or play games etc. I was also responsible for bath time and preparing a nutritious dinner for the families.

Prior to this, I was a nursery assistant during my secondary school studies in the holidays, where I first began to learn the skills of childcare. I worked with classes of around 20 children aged 2-4 and 5-12, where I had sole charge of the smaller children to teach them numbers and languages, as well as create arts and crafts etc. With the older children, it was more about having fun and expanding on their knowledge. This was a great first job for me and created a great base for childcare.

Apart from being a Nanny and loving working with children, I am an outgoing, fun spirited 23 year old, who enjoys socialising and anything creative. In addition, I am extremely reliable and will always be flexible to suit your needs.
