Over the past years, I have had the privilege of supporting more than 50 families, primarily within international and expatriate households, through different stages of parenthood.

My work combines professional childcare with specialised expertise in maternal and newborn care, supporting families from the earliest days of a child's life through early childhood. I am a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, with additional training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, C-section scar therapy, and paediatric & neonatal first aid. This multidisciplinary background allows me to look beyond childcare alone, understanding the wider physical, emotional and practical transition into parenthood while supporting the wellbeing of the family as a whole.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to care. Every family has its own rhythm, values and priorities, and every child deserves to be understood as an individual. My role is to adapt thoughtfully to each family's way of parenting, providing support that is genuinely personal.

My experience ranges from caring for newborns during the earliest weeks of life to supporting busy households with multiple children. Having worked predominantly with international families, I understand how valuable a trusted, reliable presence can become when navigating parenthood away from one's usual support network. My aim is always to provide the kind of support that allows children to feel secure and parents to feel genuinely supported.

I am fluent in English, Spanish, Catalan and Portuguese, and I am currently learning French.
