I am a native British English speaker, who has lived in France/Haute Savoie for 18 years so naturally I also speak French.

I have extensive hands on experience with childcare having provided nannying and babysitting for other Geneva families, teaching English as a foreign language at a local French maternelle school (ages 4-7), teaching assistant at English for English speakers school and a mother to 16 year old bilingual twins.

Most recently I was working as a nanny/housekeeper taking care of 2 children aged 4 and 6 years old. Tasks include speaking in English to aid their language acquisition, fetching from school, helping with homework, driving to activities and playdates etc, activities and games at home.

For almost 2 years from September 2020 to May 2022, I took sole care of a newborn infant speaking exclusively in English with her to ensure she is bilingual as she grows. Tasks included ensuring a good rhythm is maintained as required for a newborn and as she grows, aged appropriate activities, playing, excursions and ensuring interaction with other children.

Previously I have been working with 2 families - the first on a daily basis picking up the 2 kids (5 & 7) from school driving them to extra curricular activities, helping with homework, preparing dinner and lunch boxes for following day, activities at home with kids, bathing and getting ready for bed.
The second, once a week taking care of a one year old baby in his home and occasionally also taking care of his 3 year old brother and 6 year old sister

I am looking for a position during the weekdays and could also be available for occasional weekend hours too. I can also offer extra cover in the school holidays and have the possibility to provide extra activities in English/French additionally with my own bilingual children.
