Jenni, garde d’enfant ponctuelle à Jedburgh

I'm 19, from Jedburgh. I have a lot of experience and I love looking after children and babies. I've completed One Year Certificate of Higher Education at Dundee University in Art and Design. Currently I'm working from home as an artist.

I have a five year old sister who I've looked after by myself all the way along, from nappies to big girl school!. We do a lot of art and costume making and now school homework and reading together.

As well as Babysitting for a few regular families for the last 4 or so years, I worked with my Mum childminding for 8 years from the age of 9, looking after ages 9 months to 8 or 9 years old. We had children from babies right though until they started school, as well as children after schools, doing homework and dinners. During summer we always did plenty of crafty activities like sewing and making/painting and fun adventures like picnics and water-balloon fights.
We created and ran a summer club for children for our community's fancy dress parade. The kids took part in making decorations for the 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' float and we had 20 or so tiny oompa-loompas alongside. (1st prize!)
